1. Who we are
Attending LLC ("Attending," "we," "us") provides dedicated executive assistant services to physicians. Our legal address is 2620 Regatta Dr Suite 102, Las Vegas, NV 89128. Questions about this policy: privacy@attending.to.
2. What we do — and do not — handle
Attending supports the professional and personal administration of a physician's life: credentialing, licensing, travel, scheduling, correspondence, and related tasks.
We do not handle patient health information as part of standard membership. Our Assistants do not access electronic health records, patient charts, or clinical systems. If a specific engagement requires handling of protected health information, it occurs only under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and the terms of that BAA govern that information.
3. Information we collect
Waitlist and inquiries: name, email address, medical specialty, and anything you include in a message to us.
Members: contact details, professional information needed to perform the services (for example: license numbers, certification records, DEA registration details, credentialing documents, schedules, travel preferences), billing information processed through our payment processor, and the contents of communications you direct us to manage.
Credentials you share: account credentials you choose to share with your Assistant are stored in a dedicated, per-member encrypted vault. They are never stored in documents, spreadsheets, or email.
Site data: standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, via analytics.
4. How we use information
To provide the services you request; to communicate with you; to bill you; to improve our services; and to meet legal obligations. We use your information for the work you hired us to do — not for advertising.
5. How we share information
Your Assistant and our operations team, on a least-privilege basis. One Assistant is assigned per member; Assistants do not have visibility across members.
Service providers, by category: cloud productivity and storage, credential management, communications, payment processing, and scheduling tools. Each is bound to use information only to provide services to us.
AI tools. Our Assistants use professional AI tools, under company-controlled accounts, to work faster and more accurately — for example, drafting correspondence or organizing schedules. These tools are configured so that member information is not used to train AI models. Assistants are prohibited from entering member credentials or sensitive identifiers into any AI tool, and from using personal or unapproved AI accounts for member work.
Partner agencies. If you were placed through a partner agency, we may confirm placement-related logistics with that agency. Attending receives compensation from partner agencies for physicians placed through them; we disclose this openly, and it does not change what we share about you.
Legal requirements, if compelled by law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for advertising.
6. International team members
Some Assistants are independent contractors located outside the United States, including in the Philippines. They work exclusively through company-managed accounts with enforced two-factor authentication, no personal cloud sync, and no local downloads of member documents. Contractors in the Philippines are additionally subject to the Philippines Data Privacy Act.
7. Security
Per-member encrypted credential vaults; least-privilege access with immediate revocation on offboarding; company-owned accounts rather than personal accounts; organization-wide two-factor authentication; and administrative audit trails on operational email routing. No system is perfectly secure, but security is structural in how we operate, not an afterthought.
8. Retention
- Waitlist entries: retained up to 24 months if you do not become a member, then deleted.
- Member working files: deleted or returned within 30 days of membership ending.
- Financial records: retained 7 years as required for tax and accounting purposes.
- PHI (if any): retained, returned, or destroyed per the terms of the applicable BAA.
You may request earlier deletion of working files at any time. We will honor the request except where retention is required by law.
9. Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion, subject to Section 8; revoke any access you have granted, at any time, directly through your own accounts; and opt out of non-essential email.
Requests: privacy@attending.to. We respond within 30 days.
10. California residents
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to request correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@attending.to.
11. Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to active members.
13. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
