Attending LLC

These Terms govern your use of attending.to (the "site"). They do not govern the membership itself — that is covered by the Membership Agreement you sign before service begins.

By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Everything on this site — service descriptions, scope, timelines, and pricing — is provided for information only and does not constitute an offer. Membership terms are set out in a signed Membership Agreement. Where this site and that agreement differ, the agreement controls.

Attending provides administrative support. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial, or tax advice. Attending assists with administrative tasks; the physician retains final responsibility for all bookings, submissions, filings, renewals, and professional obligations.

Submitting the waitlist form does not create a membership, guarantee availability, or obligate either party. We review entries in order and extend invitations as capacity opens. Information you submit is handled per our Privacy Policy.

The site's content — text, design, graphics, and the Attending name and marks — belongs to Attending LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping, no automated submissions, no attempts to probe or disrupt the site or its infrastructure, and no submitting information you do not have the right to share.

The site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attending LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability arising from use of the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability relating to the services themselves is governed by the Membership Agreement, not these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
